Submit deliverables

After you accept a campaign and post the content, the last step is submitting the deliverable on Keepface. This is what triggers the approval clock and your payment.

What to submit

For a posted deliverable (most campaigns):

  • The public URL of the post on the platform (Instagram Reel link, TikTok video link, etc.)
  • A screenshot or download of the post (in case it’s edited or removed later)
  • Any performance data the platform exposes that’s not auto-pulled (rare — most metrics sync automatically)

For a draft-first campaign (where the brand wants to review before you post):

  • The draft file (mp4, mov, png, jpg) — up to 1 GB
  • A caption draft (text)
  • Any voiceover or music notes

How to submit

  1. Open the campaign’s chat
  2. Click Submit deliverable
  3. Pick the deliverable from the list (each campaign has one or more pre-defined slots)
  4. Paste the URL or upload the file
  5. Add a short note if you want
  6. Submit

What happens next

The brand has 7 days to approve, dispute, or do nothing. After 7 days of no action, the deliverable auto-approves. See Approve or dispute for the brand’s view.

In the meantime, you’ll see one of three states:

  • Pending review — brand hasn’t acted yet
  • Approved — money releases to your wallet
  • Disputed — brand has raised an issue; the chat stays open and you can respond with evidence

If your post gets removed

  • By you within 30 days — payment may be clawed back. See Refund clawback and your campaign’s specific terms.
  • By the platform (algorithm flag, takedown) — not your fault; payment is not clawed back if you can show good-faith compliance with the brief.
  • By the brand, after approval — extremely rare; doesn’t affect your payment.

Late submission

If you miss the deadline, the brand can dispute or cancel. If escrow has already locked, it may refund to the brand depending on the cause. Communicate before the deadline if something’s going wrong — most brands grant a small grace if you ask.
