Approve or dispute deliverables
When an influencer submits a deliverable, you get a notification and a card in your campaign inbox. From there you have 7 days to approve, dispute, or do nothing.
The three outcomes
| You do… | What happens |
|---|---|
| Approve | Escrow releases to the influencer immediately |
| Dispute | Timer pauses; Keepface reviews evidence from both sides |
| Nothing | Auto-approval after 7 days — escrow releases automatically |
Auto-approval exists because silence shouldn’t penalize the influencer. If you’re on holiday, escrow still moves forward.
Approving
- Open the campaign → Submissions tab
- Click the deliverable card
- Verify the post URL, the content, and the brief compliance
- Click Approve
Escrow releases within seconds. The influencer’s wallet balance updates immediately.
Disputing
Dispute when the deliverable clearly violates the brief — not when it’s just not what you’d have done.
- Open the deliverable card
- Click Dispute
- Pick a reason from the list (off-brief, low quality, wrong platform, missing required hashtag, etc.)
- Attach evidence — screenshots, brief excerpts, references
- Submit
The 7-day timer pauses. The influencer gets a notification, can respond with their own evidence, and Keepface reviews. See Dispute resolution policy for what counts as a valid dispute.
What “doing nothing” means
If you’re truly busy and 7 days pass with no action, the deliverable auto-approves. This is intentional — silence shouldn’t strand an influencer’s payment indefinitely. To stop the clock, dispute (with a real reason).
After approval — clawback
If a post is removed by the influencer within 30 days of approval, refund clawback may apply. See Refund clawback rules.
