Invite teammates and assign roles
Keepface uses four universal roles. Pick the smallest role that lets each person do their job.
The four roles
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including billing, transferring ownership, deleting the workspace |
| Admin | Run campaigns, manage brands, manage wallet (no billing/ownership) |
| Member | Run campaigns inside the brands they’re added to |
| Viewer | Read-only — see campaigns and reports, no changes |
A workspace can have multiple Owners. Members can be scoped to one or more brands.
Send an invitation
- Open Workspace settings → Members
- Click Invite member
- Enter the email address and pick a role
- (Optional) Limit a Member to specific brands
- Send
The invitee gets an email. They sign up (or log in) and join automatically.
Change or remove
- Change role — Members tab → row menu → Change role
- Remove — same menu → Remove. Their session ends and they lose access immediately.
