Cost
Unlock pricing depends on the influencer’s tier. Larger audiences cost more to compute and verify, so larger tiers cost more to unlock.

What you’re charged in
Unlocks are charged in KPC from your Company wallet. Your wallet must have enough balance — top up first if it doesn’t. See Top up your Company wallet.
Automatic refunds
We refund the unlock fee back to your wallet in these cases:
- Profile no longer active — if the influencer’s primary social account becomes private, banned, or deleted within 7 days of the unlock
- Stale data — if the report we generated relied on a data source that was unreachable (rare, ~0.1% of unlocks); you’ll see a banner on the report and the refund processes automatically
- Duplicate unlock — if you unlock the same profile twice within 24 hours, the second charge is refunded automatically
Manual refund requests
If something else went wrong (e.g. report data clearly mismatches the public profile), contact support within 14 days of the unlock. We review case-by-case.
What is NOT refundable
- “I changed my mind after reading the report” — once you’ve seen the data, the unlock is non-refundable
- “The influencer didn’t reply to my outreach” — Intelligence Unlock is a data product, not an introduction service. Reply rate is not part of what you’re paying for.
