Top up your Company wallet via Stripe
You spend on Keepface from your Company wallet. To put money in, you top up via Stripe. Funds appear as KPC (Keepface’s internal credit currency, 1 KPC = $1 USD value).

- Submit
Funds land in your wallet within seconds of Stripe confirming the payment. You can spend immediately.
Bonus packages
We offer bonus KPC for larger top-ups. The bonus is real spendable balance — same as paid balance — with one rule: bonus KPC can’t be withdrawn back to a bank. It’s spend-only.

Other currencies
If you want to fund in EUR, AZN, RON, AED, or SAR (instead of USD), use Stripe’s currency selector. We convert at Stripe’s mid-market rate plus our 2% FX spread — see FX spread. The KPC you receive is the same regardless of source currency.
Refunds
Top-up refunds are only issued in specific scenarios — see Refund policy. General rule: once KPC is in your wallet, it’s yours to spend; we don’t refund top-ups for “I changed my mind.”
