Essential — launch priority
Create your first campaign
A campaign is how you invite multiple influencers to do a piece of work for you. This guide walks you through your first one.
Before you start
You need:
- A funded Company wallet — top up if it’s empty (see Top up)
- A list of influencers in mind, or at least a target audience
- A brief — what you want them to do, where, and by when
Walk-through
- Open your Brand (or create one — see Add a brand)
- Click New campaign
- Pick a service mode — Self, Escrow, or Managed. This affects how money flows and how much hand-holding you get. See Choose a service mode.
- Set the budget — total spend, per-influencer amount, currency
- Define deliverables — post type (Reel / Story / Post / Video), how many, where, by when
- Write the brief — what the influencer must say or show, what assets you’ll provide, what’s off-limits. See Write a brief that gets replies
- Pick targets — either a saved list, a country + tier filter, or specific influencers
- Review and launch
The first time you launch, the system runs a launch checklist and warns if something looks off (e.g. budget far below tier expectations, deadline too aggressive).
What happens at launch
- Invitations send out to the targets you picked
- Replies start coming back into your campaign inbox
- Money is either reserved or held in escrow (depending on mode) — see How escrow protects you
