Choose a service mode — Self, Escrow, or Managed
Every campaign on Keepface runs in one of three service modes. They differ in how money flows, how disputes resolve, and how much human help you get from us.

Self-service
You manage everything yourself. Influencer submits → you approve → money releases from your wallet to theirs. Cheapest mode but you’re on your own for disputes.
Escrow
Money is locked in escrow when the influencer accepts the invitation. They submit deliverables, you have 7 days to approve or dispute. If you do nothing in 7 days, money auto-releases. Disputes pause the timer and follow a documented process. See How escrow protects you and Disputes and the 7-day window.
Managed
Same money flow as Escrow, plus a Keepface team member who helps you write the brief, picks influencers, runs outreach, and resolves disputes. Higher fee. Useful when you don’t have a marketing team in-house.
You can change modes
You can switch a campaign’s service mode after launch in some cases — see Switching modes mid-campaign.
